We have a full butchery located at Lower Hardres with our own master butcher! Much of our meat comes from our own farm, our pork is sourced from our Rare Breed Saddleback Pigs. At high demand some beef and lamb is also sourced locally.
Our meat is hung for a minimum of 21 days to mature and achieve optimum flavour and tenderness.
